This notice explains how Second Horizon Games handles information submitted through the Space Pirates test crew form.
What we collect
We collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your first name, general location and playtesting interests.
Why we use it
We use this information to send development updates, Kickstarter news and relevant playtest invitations. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when submitting the form.
Where it is stored
The form is processed using Google Forms and its connected Google services. Google may process data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep signup information while you remain subscribed or while it is needed to organise playtesting. We delete it when you ask us to, unless we must retain limited information for a legal reason.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time, ask for a copy of your data, request correction or deletion, or object to how it is used. To make a request, reply to any project update you receive from us. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this notice when the signup process or our services change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
